Decorative silicone plaster with special effects
Purpose: Paste-like thin-layer plaster of water-based acrylic and silicone emulsions, pigments, fillers and special additives. Ready for application. For decoration of facades and interior walls. Appropriate to achieve different effects in restaurants, public buildings, hotels and others. Apply on gypsum and lime-cement plaster, plasterboard. Finishing coating in the construction of external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) based on expanded polystyrene.
Properties:
- Large variety of effects which satisfy specific customer requirements
- Very good vapor permeability and excellent water resistance.
- High resistance to aging, weathering, industrial emissions.
- High resistance to fungi, molds and bacteria.
- Correspond to BS EN 15824.
Application: with smooth stainless steel mortar-board (for application) and plastic mortar-board (structuring).
Drying at 20 °C, 65% H.R: 24 hours
Dilution: if necessary allowed dilution with water – up (0,3-0,5) l per 25 kg plaster.
Color: Large variety of colors from catalogs, in accordance to customer requirements. Produces only to custom. The colors are approximately.
Application conditions: from 5°С to 35°С. Do not mix with other similar products.
Consumption rate:
- Decorative silicone plaster with smooth structure – 0,75÷1,0 kg/m2
- Decorative silicone plaster with dark granules - 3,5 kg/m2
- Decorative silicone plaster with glass beads – 2,5 kg/m2
Shelf life: 18 months from the production date.
Accompanying products: Boroprimer deeply penetrating, Boroprimer 10.
Storage: 5°С to 35°С.
